Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 DOE

Demonstrable experience in operations, administration, or logisticsCSC Sports is hiring a Soccer League Coordinator who doesnt just love the game but can run leagues with precision, consistency, and ownership.

What Youll Own

You are responsible for end-to-end execution of assigned soccer leagues from planning to nightly operations to follow-up.


Core Responsibilities (This Is the Job)


Personnel Management

  • Recruit and build a reliable, engaged roster of referees
  • Train, support, and hold referees/coordinators accountable
  • Address performance issues, no-shows, and conduct concerns


Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with referees, staff, and players
  • Send timely instructions and confirmations and ensure theyre received
  • Manage day-of logistics and adjustments without needing direction
  • Handle issues directly, professionally, and quickly


League Operations & Administration

  • Ensure all games are fully staffed with referees and coordinators no gaps
  • Track attendance, scores, incidents, and league data with precision
  • Complete nightly reports and follow-ups on time and without errors
  • Audit and correct issues proactively (no-shows, forfeits, scheduling conflicts)
  • Build, manage, and maintain accurate league schedules, assignments, and records


Program Execution (On-Site)

  • Oversee nightly league operations from start to finish
  • Ensure games run on time and according to standards
  • Represent CSC professionally while managing the environment
  • Step in to officiate or troubleshoot when needed
