Job Description:
  • Drive Sales: Lead by example on the floor. Close high-ticket furniture packages and ensure all quotes are sent the same day.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Hold staff accountable to close rates and professional standards.
  • Operational Mastery: Manage a $2M+ P&L, oversee freight/stocking, and maintain a showroom that is "Instagram-ready," clean, and safe.
  • Scrappy Problem Solving: Handle everything from customer escalations to basic on-site IT troubleshooting. We move fast and fix things as we go.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 3 years of management experience in a furniture-focused environment.
  • LEADERSHIP: 3+ years managing a team of 3 or more.
