  • Reports directly to the Director of Finance
  • Works alongside institutional counterparties including a Big 4 auditor and a major bank fund administrator

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • GAAP accounting and technical trade booking
  • Day-to-day and monthly management of the third-party fund administrator relationship
  • Parallel NAV calculations alongside the administrator and tie-out
  • Year-end audit coordination and timely completion
  • Capital calls and distributions

  • Support for regulatory filings and annual/quarterly tax reporting

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4–7 years of experience in fund accounting or public accounting with fund/credit clients
  • Big 4 background strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with waterfall calculations, capital calls, and capital distributions
  • Prior experience coordinating year-end audits with external auditors
  • Prior experience working directly with a third-party fund administrator
  • Strong Excel skills; proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with credit, asset-backed securities, consumer loans, or securitizations preferred
  • Self-starter who can take ownership of processes in a lean, fast-moving environment
