Currently we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to join our Danville, IN office. You would be involved in developing and managing projects including studies, designs and construction management for wastewater and water treatment systems. We're looking for team players who are motivated and capable of managing staff and subconsultants to provide quality work to meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Project management and engineering of water and wastewater treatment projects including studies, preliminary and final design, permitting, and construction oversight.
  • Assemble project team and plan, direct, and coordinate activity to effectively achieve project goals.
  • Develop scopes of work for projects.
  • Work with clients to develop projects and prepare proposals.
  • Monitor and control project budgets and schedules.
  • Help coach younger staff toward career growth.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Build and monitor backlog working with the group manager and other project managers to maintain steady workflow.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
  • 10+ years of related experience is desired.
  • A PE registration in Indiana or ability to attain within one year.
  • Experience with the study, planning, design, construction administration and project management of water and wastewater projects.
  • Proven experience in client management, preparing and meeting budgets and schedules.
  • Experience in funding agency coordination and project permitting.
  • Proven track record of preparing and meeting budgets/schedules.
  • Proven experience in relationship development and proposal preparation.
  • Familiarity with Municipal, Township and County government practices and regulations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
