Job description

HR Operations & Global Payroll Specialist

Atlanta, GA | Full-Time | Hybrid

This is an exciting opportunity with a growing medical device company operating in a highly specialised, regulated environment, supporting advanced surgical and clinical applications. The organisation has developed a commercially validated platform and is now entering a key growth phase, with plans to scale operations globally over the next few years.

I'm hiring an HR Operations & Global Payroll Specialist to take ownership of payroll coordination, benefits administration, and core HR operations across both U.S. and international employee populations.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will sit at the centre of HR operations, working closely with leadership to ensure payroll accuracy, process consistency, and compliance across a multi-country workforce.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing U.S. payroll updates, employee data changes, and coordination with payroll systems

• Coordinating payroll processes, timelines, and data with international payroll providers

• Administering employee benefits, enrollments, and lifecycle changes

• Maintaining accurate HR data, documentation, and reporting processes

• Identifying discrepancies, improving processes, and ensuring operational discipline

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has strong experience in payroll and HR operations within a structured or regulated environment

• Has worked with multi-state U.S. payroll and international payroll coordination

• Is highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing recurring deadlines and operational cycles

• Is self-sufficient, proactive, and able to operate with limited oversight

• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are still being refined

This opportunity offers:

• A high level of ownership across global HR operations

• Direct exposure to leadership and involvement in scaling international processes

• The opportunity to play a critical role in building operational structure within a growing MedTech company

• Competitive compensation with flexibility based on relevant global payroll experience
