Job description

Jurs Insurance and Financial Services, Inc., a highly successful and well-respected firm, is seeking an ambitious Financial Services Representative with expertise in financial products and services. We are looking for the right candidate to work within our two separate locations (Carmel and Greenfield) Qualified candidates must possess a desire to serve others, have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, and be willing to work primarily around these locations and a home office.
As a Financial Services Representative, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the way financial advising is done. We are looking for driven, collaborative, passionate, and customer-focused individuals to make a meaningful impact. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Provide comprehensive financial planning and advice to State Farm customer households while maintaining and enhancing client relationships through active communication and support.
  2. Partner with and learn from a career agent to develop a business plan and implement a client service model effectively.
  3. Exhibit expertise in financial markets, sound business judgment, and unwavering integrity to prioritize clients' best interests at every opportunity.
  4. Educate clients on available tools and resources to manage their investments, offer holistic financial coaching, and ensure compliance with agency and industry regulations

• The first year's compensation is expected to range between $60,000-$140,000 (including base, commission, and production bonuses) with upward earning potential over time.

Requirements
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Services Representative.
  2. Proven success in acquiring clients, building, and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating effectively with key partners and team members.
  3. Enthusiastic, self-motivated professional with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
  4. Eagerness to learn and grow with the financial services industry

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 6, and/or 63, Series 65 and/or ChFC Licenses preferred.
  3. Licensed in Life and Health Insurance with extensive knowledge of annuities and the life insurance industry preferred.
