New Jersey & Pennsylvania | Full-Time

By Landmark Hospitality is one of the most distinctive independent hospitality portfolios in the Northeast with16 properties across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, spanning boutique hotels, award-winning event venues, chef-driven restaurants, and private membership programming. We don't do cookie-cutter. Every property has a point of view, and every guest experience is built around something real.

We're looking for a Corporate Relationship Manager who can open doors, close deals, and build the kind of client relationships that turn a first event into a five-year partnership.

What You'll Do

-Continue to build and grow a corporate sales pipeline, proactive outreach, networking groups, chambers of commerce, and strategic LinkedIn prospecting

-Secure multi-event and annual corporate agreements across hotels and venues

-Negotiate room block contracts and preferred rate programs with corporate clients

-Respond to Cvent and inbound leads with competitive, well-crafted proposals

-Host client events and property showcases that convert prospects into accounts

-Develop a corporate gifting program and a signature retreat package for our New Hope campus

-Represent By Landmark in the local business community, chambers, networking events, and industry groups

-You will be proactive in developing new business and be the face of corporate sales relationships for By Landmark


What We're Looking For

-3-5+ years of corporate or hotel sales experience with a strong record in proactive, outbound business development

-A self-Starter with a proven ability to open new accounts, negotiate contracts, and close multi-event deals and build lasting corporate relationships

-Experience with hotel room block negotiations and exclusives, corporate rate agreements, and preferred vendor programs

-Familiarity with Cvent and CRM tools; comfortable using LinkedIn as a prospecting platform (Tripleseat experience is a plus)

-Polished communicator - equally at ease at a networking cocktail hour or a boardroom presentation

-An entrepreneurial mindset, who owns their pipeline and doesn't wait for business to come to them

-A NJ base of business is helpful

This isn't a one-property role. You'll have 16 properties to sell including boutique hotels event venues, private dining rooms, and a private membership club. That's a portfolio with real breadth and a story worth telling. You'll work closely with our Chief Growth Officer and a team that's building something ambitious.
