Kanki House of Steaks and Sushi is looking for friendly, hard-working bus people and food runners who will welcome our guests and set the stage for an excellent dining experience whether dining in or picking up.

Kanki is more than a restaurant; it’s the best-tasting show in town. The combination of our fun atmosphere, entertainment, and delicious food makes us the region’s premier special occasion restaurant. Become part of a team that brings food, fun, a little fire to everything we do.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains Dining Room in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Helps Dining Servers with any task asked of them
  • Runs prepared food to tables
  • Cleans tables with proper sanitation after guests leave
  • Maintains guest restrooms in a clean, neat and organized fashion throughout the entire shift.
  • Wears clean and pressed uniform each day when coming to work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $10.00-$12.00

THE KANKI EXPERIENCE
When you visit of our Raleigh-Durham restaurants, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff and seated at a large table surrounding one of our teppan grills.
Next, you’ll choose drinks, starters, sushi, hibachi and more from our extensive menu. All teppanyaki dishes will be made-to-order, and our chefs will prepare your hibachi chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon or scallops, along with rice and a selection of veggies, right in front of your eyes.
Of course, half of the fun is watching our chefs as they expertly chop, dice and cook your meal with the flip of a knife, providing mealtime entertainment your whole table is sure to enjoy!
