We Support our Teachers ...

  • 3 Full-time teachers in every room! Our school has the most supportive ratios of any preschool in our area. We have 3 full time teachers in each room and we DID NOT increase the number of students with that.
  • 4 full time front office staff with an engaged supportive owner. We have created a structure, so when you have any challenges with students or parents you know you are fully supported and respected by management and our families.

Teacher Qualifications...

  • Must have a pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Ability to interact and guide students of all ages and skill levels
  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday.

Experience a plus for this position:

  • Classroom teaching experience in an accredited early childhood facility is not required but are a plus
  • Prefer to have or working on getting NC Early Childhood Credentials (EDU 119).
