Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

About Company:

Our Approach to Movement - Barre3 is not your typical barre workout. It’s refreshingly different. Our signature approach incorporates traditional barre elements like isometric holds, low-impact small movements, hand-held weights, and the ballet barre as a prop to support movement. But we also love to move big and take up space, incorporating a variety of science-backed practices to make the workout efficient and effective for you.

The 3 in barre3 represents the three main components of our workouts - strength, cardio, and mindfulness - all equally important to strengthen and balance the body, and to build a holistic practice you can maintain over time.

Our mission is to teach people to be balanced in their bodies and empowered from within.

This is fitness on your own terms – allowing people of every fitness level create sustainable change from the inside out.

Every action and decision is driven by our Core Values:

1. Practice Authenticity

We practice self-acceptance by paying attention to where we are in the present moment with compassion rather than judgment. We honor our individual truth, and we make it our own. We practice showing up authentically and acting with intention.

2. Stronger Together

We believe that when we lift each other up, we all win. We recognize that a community is at its strongest when we honor individuality and diversity in all its forms, and when everyone is met with respect and dignity. We strive to create an inclusive environment in which everyone is equally seen and heard. We put people first.

3. Love of Learning

We are curious, lifelong students who approach the world with a growth mindset. We share our knowledge and experience, and we value both our inner wisdom and the collective wisdom of our community. We celebrate the fact that knowledge is not finite and that there is always more to learn.

4. Give Generously

We believe that resources are most valuable when they are shared, and so we are generous with our knowledge, our experience, and our strengths. We extend care and compassion to those around us, and also to ourselves. We recognize that we are stronger—both as a community and within ourselves—when we approach the world with an open mind and a generous spirit.

5. Make It Happen

We are driven self-starters and proactive collaborators. We don’t wait for opportunity—we create it. We bring value and recognize the value that others bring. We are accountable for our actions.
