Overview

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee back-of-house kitchen support operations. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation standards, and operational efficiency while leading the stewarding team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily dish room operations, kitchen cleaning, and back dock activities
  • Ensure all kitchen and service areas meet sanitation and safety standards
  • Oversee cleaning, storage, and handling of equipment, china, glassware, and silver
  • Support banquet operations, including food running and plating coordination
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply and equipment management
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and OSHA requirements
  • Train, supervise, and provide performance feedback to stewarding staff
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and cleaning chemicals
  • Complete required reporting and end-of-shift procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old
