With over 5+ years of success helping homeowners in California and Florida transition to renewable energy, we are expanding our team and looking for Field Marketers to support our continued growth.
This role is ideal for confident, outgoing individuals who enjoy engaging with people face-to-face and want to build a career in the solar and energy industry.

About the Role
As a Solar Energy Field Marketer, you will be the first point of contact with homeowners in targeted communities. Your role is to educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar with Current Home and set qualified appointments for our in-home sales consultants.

This is a field-based, door-to-door marketing role, not a sales closing position. No prior solar experience is required - we provide full training and hands-on coaching.

What You'll Do

    • Engage homeowners face-to-face to educate them on solar energy and its financial and
      environmental benefits
    • Prospect door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods most impacted by energy industry
      changes
    • Set qualified appointments for in-home solar consultations
    • Represent Current Home professionally as the first interaction homeowners have with our brand
    • Attend occasional team meetings focused on training, culture, and development
    • Build positive relationships and create a strong first impression with homeowners
