Our mission is to provide for the health and wellness needs of the underserved of Oakland County through the provision of comprehensive, integrated primary, behavioral health, and dental care. Position Description

The full-time, non-exempt Clinical Receptionist-SBHC reports to the Practice Manager. The Clinical Receptionist plays a crucial role in the School-Based Health Center by serving as the primary point of contact for students, families, and school partners during clinical visits. Works collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality health care to all.
This position is located in Pontiac, MI. Our standard hours are Monday- Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm or following the school schedule. 

What are we looking for?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 6 + months in a customer service or clinical receptionist position is required. 
  • Strong computer skills and experience using Electronic Medical Records (NextGen preferred) and knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet. 
  • Spanish speaking preferred
