• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based methodologies to accurately diagnose and tailor treatment plans for each client.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate personal growth and coping strategies in your clients.
• Ensure meticulous and confidential record-keeping in compliance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.
• Participate as an essential member of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, contributing to a collaborative approach to holistic patient care.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultation, continuously learning and adapting to new developments in the mental health field.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health disorders, empowering them with information and resources that promote understanding and recovery.

Our client base is diverse, ranging from children to adults facing various mental health challenges. As a counselor, you will develop unique therapeutic relationships and utilize cultural competence to address the individual needs of each client. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients through their mental health journeys, whether they are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• An active license to practice in Washington State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• At least three years of relevant experience in the mental health field, showcasing your ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical, clinical settings.
