Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that employ evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), utilizing your expertise to help clients build strength and resilience.
  • Maintain precise and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal quality standards, thus enhancing our commitment to professionalism.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals for a comprehensive care approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

  • Possession of an active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in solution-focused interventions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
Preferred Experience
