Job description

Learn Hydraulics!

We are currently seeking a full-time Flex Tech for our Houston location. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling hose products both in shop and in the field, material handling, shipping and receiving, pulling stock, maintaining the facility and help keep fleet vehicles in a clean and orderly condition. The ideal candidate is flexible for inside and outside service and interested in learning a new trade. Hands-on training provided. As a growing company we are looking for someone who would like to advance their skills and grow with us!

Duties include but are not limited to:

Assemble hose products as directed via work order requests to specification without error
Material handling
Shipping and receiving - verify inbound shipments against purchase orders
Stocking product and pulling parts as needed
Field service jobs as needed

Pick up or drop off stock from vendors or deliver to customers
Clean and maintain store, warehouse, and outside areas
Maintain and clean company fleet vehicles; inside and out.
Answer telephone and assist with customer invoices as needed

Required:

One to three years general work experience
Provide excellent service to our customers.
Willingness to step in and help - "all hands on deck" mentality
Have good mechanical aptitude.
Proficient written and verbal communication.
High school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver’s license and clear driving background.

Must be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes.
Pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical
Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.

Bilingual is a plus
