Job description

**Position is for 3rd Shift Only- 11pm - 7am**

Our Production Associates are non-exempt hourly employees who need a varied skill set. The ability to address production issues and develop solutions is required. You must be able to monitor complicated machinery and the computers that control them. You are required to perform lifting and climbing in order to address packaging requirements and machine operation. Minimal chemistry knowledge is a requirement. Forklift certification is required. You are expected to elevate issues to production management for review and proper guidance. All employees are responsible for cleanliness of the plant and maintenance is the responsibility of everyone. Punctual, consistent attendance and compliance with the Employee Handbook is a requirement. Employees are required to maintain any knowledge about the operations of the company and its client base as a Trade Secret and Confidential Information is not to be disclosed with employed or after your employment ends.
