• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments with a focus on co-occurring medical conditions, ensuring a thorough understanding of each patient's unique situation.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that correlate psychiatric and medical care, facilitating improved health outcomes.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices that support patient recovery and growth.
• Work in tandem with medical professionals to ensure a coordinated approach in managing patients' treatment, sharing insights that contribute to their health journey.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, offering support during acute mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and stability.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, often coupled with medical issues like autoimmune disorders and chronic pain. Your role will involve understanding the complex interactions between these conditions and crafting treatment plans that truly reflect the needs of each patient, enhancing their quality of life.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• Proven experience addressing the mental health needs of individuals with complex medical conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, vital for building rapport with patients and collaborating with other healthcare providers.
• A strong commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical guidelines while prioritizing patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other computer applications relevant to mental health documentation and practice.
