As a Full-Time Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule from the comfort of your home. Our advanced teletherapy platform allows seamless communication and interaction with clients via video or text, ensuring you can effectively carry out your counseling sessions regardless of your location. We provide unlimited administrative and technological support, allowing you to focus solely on your practice.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients using video chat technology, fostering a safe space for discussing emotions and mental health challenges.
• Encourage clients to explore their personal narratives and relationships, facilitating insight through active listening and therapeutic exploration.
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear, actionable goals that align with their mental health needs.
• Perform thorough evaluations of clients' mental conditions, creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that utilize a solution-focused approach.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Your clients will consist of stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health issues. Every client is carefully screened to ensure they are suitable for remote counseling. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must possess a current and valid license to practice independently in the state of California, which may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and candidates should have no current disciplinary actions.

• Competence in managing client records and documentation with minimal overhead.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and working hours.
