Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment goals.
  • Design and implement customized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices to address individual and family dynamics.
  • Provide counseling and support for individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide array of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and any updates to treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies that enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Foster a trusting and empathetic therapeutic relationship by actively listening and creating a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Must hold a valid license as a Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon.
  • A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment while adhering to strict confidentiality and professional standards.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing telehealth counseling services is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits
