Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate their mental health conditions and needs, utilizing established diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are not only evidence-based but also adaptable to the evolving needs of clients.
• Implement one-on-one counseling sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to the clients’ specific needs.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions when applicable, creating a safe space for clients to share and learn from one another.
• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their feedback and changing circumstances.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• The ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work culture.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
