Position Overview

Wild Spirit Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and address the mental health needs of clients, ensuring that their emotional and psychological well-being are prioritized.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored specifically to each client's circumstances, goals, and treatment preferences.
  • Conduct regular therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate progress and recovery.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them understand treatments, available resources, and coping strategies.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.
