• Conduct assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring that interventions are both evidence-based and developmentally appropriate.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to a diverse caseload of clients experiencing severe emotional and psychological challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated care plans that encompass various aspects of health and wellness, facilitating access to additional support services.
• Offer crisis intervention and management, effectively responding to immediate concerns and ensuring client safety.
• Monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans based on client feedback and outcomes.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional ethical guidelines and the organization’s policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing training to enhance service delivery and agency effectiveness.
• Engage with community resources to connect clients with essential services and support.
• Be available for on-call responsibilities during and after program hours as assigned.

This role focuses on serving a diverse range of clients, primarily individuals experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and emotional disturbances. The position demands cultural competence and sensitivity to the varying beliefs, traditions, and interpersonal styles of each client. Your work will significantly contribute to improving their quality of life by providing compassionate and individualized care.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory, along with a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatments.
• Proficient in risk assessment and crisis management, with the ability to respond effectively to high-pressure situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities to manage a diverse caseload and ensure timely service delivery.

• Experience in community health settings or with underserved populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Demonstrated competency in addressing age-related or specialty issues relevant to the populations served.
