• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional needs through structured interviews and diagnostic tools.
• Craft detailed and individualized treatment plans that align with each client's personal goals while incorporating therapeutic interventions that facilitate progress.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies including individual, family, and group counseling, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Continuously monitor client progress through regular check-ins and evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on real-time feedback.
• Provide crisis intervention support to clients in immediate distress, ensuring their safety and connecting them to additional care resources when needed.
• Maintain thorough and accurate client records in compliance with health regulations and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and supervision to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.
• Uphold ethical standards and regulations established by state licensing boards and the American Psychological Association.

Our clientele primarily includes adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A current state license in mental health counseling (LMFT, LPC, LPC/MHSP, or LCSW) is necessary for this role.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to effectively identify client needs and formulate appropriate treatment approaches.
