Job description

The Gonzalez Law Group is seeking a full-time Personal Injury Attorney to join our Personal Injury Department. The Personal Injury Attorney must have a team mentality with a high desire to be a top courtroom litigator.

Salary is competitive and will be determined based on experience and education. This position presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic practice and to quickly assume substantial responsibility under the guidance of experienced Personal Injury Attorneys.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

-Meet with potential clients

-Negotiate files with insurance adjusters

-Secure case evidence / communicate with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters and providers

-Keep clients informed of case status effectively and professionally

-Document conversations and actions with our in-house case management system

-Timely review of client files

-Handle all litigation prep-work

-Initiate lawsuits

-Work on discovery as well as everything else involved with the litigation process in a timely and effective manner

-Litigate cases as needed

Personal Injury Attorney Requirements:

· Licensed to practice in Texas and is in good standing

· Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

· Must have reliable transportation and a valid Texas Driver’s License;
