As the Complex Case Project Manager (CCPM) at Housing Solutions Tulsa, you will play a vital role in enhancing housing attainment, retention, and service delivery for Tulsans experiencing or at-risk of homelessness. Collaborating across Tulsa’s Continuum of Care (CoC), you will lead efforts to address the most challenging housing stability issues, ensuring seamless communication between outreach teams, housing stabilization, behavioral health services, and the criminal legal system. Your strong organizational, communication, and project management skills will be critical as you coordinate diverse case conferencing efforts, focusing on swift connections to housing resources for high-acuity individuals. By leveraging your knowledge of housing systems, Coordinated Entry, and community partnerships, you will empower stakeholders to identify and overcome barriers to housing and retention. Together, we will foster a collaborative environment centered on mutual accountability, continuous improvement, and ultimately creating lasting solutions for homelessness in Tulsa.

To excel as the Complex Case Project Manager (CCPM) at Housing Solutions Tulsa, a robust skill set is essential for navigating the complexities of homelessness and housing stability. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least four years of progressively responsible experience in housing, healthcare, or social services is required, along with a minimum of two years of project management experience. Proficiency in understanding housing programs and health care systems, as well as permanent supportive housing interventions, is crucial. Experience with HMIS and a strong foundation in data-driven performance management will enable you to track outcomes effectively.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills are necessary to coordinate cross-system initiatives and foster relationships with partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is needed for documentation and reporting, alongside a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community engagement. Living within a commutable distance to Tulsa, Oklahoma, is also required for this pivotal role.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in housing, healthcare, homelessness, or other social services.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project management or similar cross-system coordination.
• Knowledge of housing programs, health care systems, and permanent supportive housing or similar interventions.
• Experience with HMIS and data-driven performance management.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Must live within a commutable distance to Tulsa, Oklahoma.
