Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Millwork Engineer to develop accurate, production-ready engineering drawings and technical plans for custom millwork projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales and design teams to ensure projects are completed with precision, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed engineering drawings and production-ready plans for custom millwork projects.
  • Collaborate with sales, designers, and project teams to understand project requirements.
  • Review, revise, and update drawings based on feedback and project changes.
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and completeness of all technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support manufacturing and production processes.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in millwork engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Mosaik, iX, SolidWorks, Aspire, WoodWOP, Cut Rite, or similar engineering software.
  • Strong understanding of millwork, cabinetry, and furniture construction.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • CAD experience preferred.
