As a Millwork Assistant, your daily responsibilities often include preparing materials, assisting with machine operation, sanding, assembling wood components, and maintaining a clean work area. You frequently collaborate with carpenters, lead millworkers, and sometimes designers to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines. Teamwork is essential, as you'll often help move large pieces, double-check measurements, and communicate about project progress. Attention to detail and willingness to learn are highly valued in this supportive and hands-on role.
