Job description

Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Carpenter in Thatcher, AZ. We are seeking a skilled Carpenter for a commercial construction project involving the ground-up build of a Culver's restaurant in Thatcher, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience in both rough and finish carpentry within the quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector and be capable of delivering high-quality craftsmanship on a fast-paced job site.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25 to $40 Per Hour BOE

Responsibilities:

  • Perform rough and finish carpentry duties for a new commercial restaurant build-out
  • Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications
  • Install metal and wood framing for interior and exterior walls
  • Execute finish work including the installation of doors, frames, hardware, and millwork
  • Assist with the installation of cabinetry, shelving, and specialized restaurant fixtures
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using power and hand tools
  • Coordinate with the project superintendent and other trades to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure site safety and efficiency
  • Verify that all work meets local building codes and project quality standards

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional carpentry experience in commercial construction
  • Prior experience with quick-service restaurant (QSR) or retail builds preferred
