Position Summary
Oriented Healthcare, LLC is seeking a
Full-Time Medical Office Manager to oversee daily clinic operations in our integrated Primary Care and Behavioral Health clinic.
This role is ideal for a strong leader who is both administrative and hands-on, with experience supporting clinical teams and managing front office operations.

Required:
- Â Medical Assistant experienceÂ
- Â Medical Billing & Coding experienceÂ
- 2–5 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations, excellent patient care, and efficient workflow across administrative and clinical functions.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Operations Management
- Â Oversee daily clinic schedule and workflowÂ
- Â Manage front office operations and administrative tasksÂ
- Â Maintain supplies, records, and office organizationÂ
- Â Support leadership with reporting and coordinationÂ
Front Desk & Patient Services
- Â Greet and check in/out patientsÂ
- Â Schedule and confirm appointmentsÂ
- Â Verify insurance and assist with authorizationsÂ
- Â Maintain HIPAA complianceÂ
Billing & Insurance
- Â Process billing and insurance claimsÂ
- Â Handle authorizations and claim submissionsÂ
- Â Assist patients with billing questionsÂ
Clinical Support
- Â Assist providers with patient flowÂ
- Â Take vitals and update medical historiesÂ
- Â Prepare patients for examsÂ
- Â Maintain exam rooms and recordsÂ
- Â Perform basic lab tasks (e.g., urinalysis)Â
Staff Support
- Â Supervise front desk operationsÂ
- Â Assist with onboarding and schedulingÂ
- Â Ensure adherence to clinic policiesÂ
Qualifications
- Â High School Diploma or GEDÂ
- Required: Medical Assistant experience
- Required: Medical Billing & Coding experience
- Required: 2–5 years of experience in a medical or healthcare office
- Â Leadership or office management experience preferredÂ
- Â Knowledge of medical terminology and coding practicesÂ
- Â Experience with insurance claims and billing processesÂ
- Â EHR experience (Modernizing Medicine preferred)Â
- Â Strong communication and organizational skillsÂ
- Â Professional, patient-focused attitudeÂ
Work Environment
On-site role in a clinical setting with daily interaction with patients, providers, and administrative staff.
