• Design personalized treatment plans based on individual client assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Utilize a vast library of therapy tools and resources to enhance client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.
• Conduct virtual sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the needs of each client.
• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families, ensuring that you prioritize care and interventions appropriate for their specific challenges.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to foster professional development and improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in accordance with agency policies.

As an LCSW with our center, you will work with a range of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief within our hospice setting. Clients are typically screened for stability, allowing for a focus on low acuity cases where therapeutic improvement is both attainable and measurable. Your expertise will directly contribute to improved mental health outcomes in these vulnerable populations.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• No history of disciplinary actions on professional licensure.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• A self-motivated, independent work ethic with the capability to adapt to a virtual working environment.
• Dedicated workspace that complies with organizational privacy policies.

• Experience working within a teletherapy framework or with remote patient interactions.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently while meeting individual client needs.
• Dual or multi-state certifications are regarded as an advantage.

• Competitive compensation package, with a salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
