HVAC Technician


We are seeking skilled full time HVAC Technicians to join our team immediately! As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in responding to service calls promptly and delivering top-notch customer service. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting residential and light commercial HVAC units, monitoring HVAC systems and operations, performing routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing system issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Schedule: Monday to Friday, Overtime Available
Experience: HVAC 1+ years
License/Certification: Driver's License, NATE Certification (Preferred), EPA Certification (Preferred)
Work Location: New Orleans area


Responsibilities:
Respond to and complete service calls in a timely manner
Interact with customers professionally, explaining system issues clearly
Troubleshoot both residential and light commercial HVAC units
Monitor HVAC systems and perform routine preventive maintenance
Check, repair, and replace various components of the system
Accurately diagnose system issues and interpret unit schematics
Explain upsell options to clients when appropriate
Adapt to our systems and procedures to uphold high customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC
Possess an active driver's license with a clean driving record
Be able to obtain necessary certifications and clearances to work in any environment
EPA License required upon hire
Must have your own tools
