Human Resources Generalist
Full Time
We are seeking a full-time HR Generalist to join us and support the Human Resources team at a leading healthcare facility located in the Yonkers/Westchester Area. Flexible start time between 8:30 -9:30 am.
Professional office environment along with an opportunity to advance your career in Human Resources. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position plays a key role on the HR team, with direct accountability for managing and delivering the entire employee onboarding lifecycle.
Key responsibilities will include maintaining timely and daily communication among candidates, departmental leaders, and supporting vendors regarding all steps within the onboarding process; maintain and update management reporting to provide real-time updates to key leaders and executives; identify trouble areas and manage the overall administrative and compliance requirements for the organization.
We are interested in speaking with candidates with 2-3 years' HR experience that will include excellent customer service and relationship building skills, strong teamwork along with attention to detail follow-up skills. Proficiency in HRIS tools like ADP, Kronos, or similar platforms, as well as Microsoft Office - specifically excel skills at the intermediate level. College degree is a plus, prior experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred.
Competitive starting rate of pay at $60,000-$65,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, generous paid time off and more!
