Body Shop Estimator
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced full-time Estimator to join our growing staff here at Lakeland Automall. A collision repair estimator appraises vehicle damage to determine the cost of repair for insurance claim settlements. Estimators also prepare itemized work orders, are responsible for keeping customers updated with repair status and various other office duties.
As with all positions within our dealerships, body shop estimators are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

Job Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid drivers license along with:
  • High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School Graduate or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in estimate writing preferred
  • Excellent computer skills including CDK and CCC One estimating system preferred
  • High productivity while maintaining high quality of work
  • Ability to work well with customers, co-workers, and insurance companies
  • Excellent communication skills and very detail oriented
  • Highest ethical standards
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
Physical Requirements amp; Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to work Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
  • Prolonged periods of personal computer usage and data entry
  • Must be able to perform all job functions which could include pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting amp; reaching
  • Exposure to moving machinery and changes in temperature due to work inside and outside
