Overview

The Virtual Surveyor is responsible for conducting scheduled virtual surveys with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and customer experience. This role plays a critical part in ensuring precise estimates while delivering a professional and seamless experience for customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform virtual surveys as scheduled, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Deliver a high level of customer service throughout each interaction
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to gather all necessary information
  • Build trust and confidence through a polished and professional presence
  • Demonstrate empathy and responsiveness to customer needs
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions
  • Document correspondence, notes, and survey details in Converge and HubSpot
  • Ensure all required information is captured to support accurate estimates and operations
