  • Research and troubleshoot account-related issues while maintaining accurate documentation and communication.

Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • High school diploma and 3-5 years of customer service experience supporting financial services products, with a focus on billing and accounts receivable

    OR

  • College degree in Business Administration or a related field and 5+ years of customer service experience supporting financial services products, including commercial leases and loans.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
