Curriculum Specialist (Early Childhood Education)

Location: The Learning Experience - Billerica, MA
Pay: $22-$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Our Curriculum Specialists play a key role in ensuring classrooms deliver engaging educational experiences while supporting teachers in implementing high-quality curriculum practices.
Curriculum Specialist
The Learning Experience - Billerica is seeking a certified Curriculum Specialist to support curriculum implementation, teacher development, and classroom excellence throughout the center.
This leadership role works closely with the Center Director and teaching team to ensure curriculum is delivered consistently, children are engaged in meaningful learning experiences, and teachers receive the coaching and support needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support implementation of The Learning Experience's proprietary curriculum across all classrooms
  • Coach and mentor teachers on lesson planning, classroom management, and developmentally appropriate practices
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide ongoing feedback and support
  • Ensure curriculum activities align with children's developmental milestones and learning goals
  • Assist with classroom assessments, child progress documentation, and school readiness initiatives
  • Support new teacher onboarding and curriculum training
  • Maintain classroom materials, educational resources, and curriculum supplies
  • Partner with center leadership to maintain high-quality educational standards
  • Build positive relationships with families and communicate educational programming as needed
  • Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC requirements and company standards
Qualifications
  • EEC Teacher Certification required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field preferred
  • Prior preschool teaching experience required
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting teachers preferred
  • Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Passion for supporting both children and educators
  • Must meet Massachusetts EEC and background check requirements
