Are you a warm, welcoming, and friendly individual with a passion for creating exceptional member experiences? Lexington Country Club is looking for a Dining and Event Reservationist to join our team and be the first smiling face our members encounter.
This is a fast-paced environment, and multi-tasking is a must. Some duties include greeting and seating our members in a courteous and professional manner, addressing guests' inquiries and ensuring their needs are met, maintaining a tidy and welcoming entrance area, answering a multi-line phone system, managing reservations and waitlists effectively, and assisting with special projects and events.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. The ideal candidate will also possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and have a polished and professional appearance.
