JOIN OUR TEAM!
The Manufacturers' Golf & Country Club servers are responsible for a la carte and banquet service throughout the Club. Servers will provide hospitality with a smile and do all in their power to create a memorable member and guest experience. They will have a focus on consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail. They will have the opportunity to work in the Club's restaurant as well as banquets and events.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide exceptional level of service to all Members and guests. Follow guidelines and SOP's in place by management.
  • Place orders in the POS accurately and efficiently
  • Multitask by serving multiple tables at one time, giving each table the individual attention it deserves
  • Run food, bus tables, and reset tables as needed
  • Correctly bill members and guests through the POS
  • Identify / learn Member needs and respond proactively to their requests
  • Provide accurate and consistent communication with all MGCC Management & Team Members and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork
  • Learn and understand the steps of service for both restaurant & banquets/events
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Maintain a positive disposition with Members, guests, and fellow team members
  • Attend and participate in all Food & Beverage trainings and meetings
  • Maintain menu knowledge of both Food & Beverage items. Understand food allergies and available substitutes from the kitchen.
  • Perform daily side work and cleaning duties.
  • Confidence in upselling

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitization.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• RAMP and/or ServSafe valid certification is preferred, but not required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to perform tasks.
• Arrive on time, and in proper uniform/hygiene
• Must have availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays
