Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to hire a Configuration Analyst to join its team. This position is in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel program.

This role will report to operating Segment Configuration Management / Data Management, and Program Change Engineering Lead and will work directly with Configuration and Data Management (CM/DM-PCE) leadership in a wide array of tasks associated with both configuration and data management disciplines.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Planning meeting agendas, conducting meetings, and recording meeting minutes, controlling technical baselines, and tracking configuration status, performing document reviews to include classification markings, data rights markings, and formatting, Familiarity with development and transfer of technical baselines, and conducting configuration audits

  • Developing Data Management products, knowledge, and experience with both Contractor Data Requirement List (CDRL) and Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRL) processes

  • Developing solutions to a variety of complex problems, must be able to perform research and determine the best option from a variety of options without manager guidance

  • Plan, schedule and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives

  • Provide detailed CM/DM subject matter knowledge to both internal and external stakeholders when requested

  • Represent your organization as a prime contact on your assigned contract or project

  • Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years

  • Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs

  • 2 Years experience with a bachelor's degree, 0 year with a Master's degree. An additional 4 years of direct Configuration Management or Data Management experience in a DoD environment can be considered in lieu of a degree

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NG CPLM or Siemens Teamcenter Experience

  • Siemens NX and/or Capital Experience

  • JIRA, SharePoint Experience

  • ICBM Weapon Systems Experience

  • Familiarity with EIA-649 and/or MIL-HDBK-61

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

    Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
