Sheehy Lexus of Richmond is seeking an energetic individual for our Automotive Receptionist (Full-Time) position.  As the Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealership's first impressions representative.  The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and goal oriented.  If you are professional, have integrity, love people, and like to get things done, apply today!   

Responsibilities

  • Answer dealership group phones
  • Greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
  • Various other clerical duties assigned

Requirements

  • Friendly, and outgoing "people person" with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A professional appearance
  • High School Diploma or higher
  • A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)

Compensation

  • $16.00 - $18.00 HR - (Based on Experience) Paid Bi-weekly
