Levittown Ford is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Service Receptionist / Cashier to join our dealership team in Levittown, NY.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, reception, cashiering, hospitality, retail, or automotive dealerships who enjoys working with people and wants to build experience in the automotive industry.

As one of the first people our customers interact with, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional dealership experience.

???? PAY & SCHEDULE

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Part-Time Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

???? AUTOMOTIVE RECEPTIONIST / CASHIER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Automotive Service Receptionist / Cashier serves as a front-line representative for the dealership and helps customers navigate their visit while supporting daily dealership operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers and guests as they enter the dealership

  • Determine the nature of each customer's visit

  • Provide a friendly and professional first impression

  • Answer basic customer questions and provide general dealership information

  • Direct customers to the appropriate Sales, Service, Parts, or Management Department

  • Notify the appropriate salesperson or employee when a customer arrives

  • Introduce customers to the appropriate dealership representative

  • Provide brochures, vehicle information, and other dealership materials

  • Answer and direct incoming dealership telephone calls

  • Serve as telephone operator when needed

  • Assist with clerical and administrative duties

  • Collect and record basic customer information in the dealership system

  • Maintain accurate customer information and records

  • Assist with vehicle inventory and dealership data entry

  • Stock vehicles into CDK

  • Create vehicle key tags

  • Enter and organize vehicle keys

  • Assist with dealership key control and organization

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout every customer interaction

  • Perform additional dealership support duties as assigned
