Sheehy Ford of Warrenton is seeking an energetic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play an important role in shaping the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate is professional, motivated, and goal-oriented. Responsibilities

  • Greet and receive prospects and customers.
  • Friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
  • Refers customers with additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member.
  • Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
  • Assist with various clerical duties as needed
Requirements
 
  • High School Diploma or higher
  • A professional appearance
  • A clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
