Responsibilities:
  • Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide information to callers
  • Greet persons entering organization
  • Direct persons to correct destination
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain the reception area
  • Various tasks as assigned by dealership management
  • Generate Carfax reports for pre-sale due diligence

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma generally required
