BMW of Ridgefield, a seven-time Center of Excellence Award winner, is committed to providing clients with an exceptional BMW experiencecombining top-tier vehicle service with unmatched dealership hospitality. At BMW of Ridgefield, you can expect to work with a team of dedicated, professional individuals in a supportive, friendly, and fun atmosphere.

In this full-time role, youll be the first point of contact for our clients - creating a welcoming and professional experience both in person and over the phone. This full-time position includes Saturdays, with Sundays off and one weekday off on a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist all clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
  • Manage appointment scheduling and client check-ins
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom area
  • Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as needed
  • Support various departments with clerical duties

Requirements:
