Location: Ridgefield, CT
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday � Friday, 7:30 AM � 5:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $20/hour
Keeler is seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to join our BMW of Ridgefield Service Department as a Service Receptionist. This position supports the front-line service team and assists with various clerical and administrative tasks to help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assist with service check-out processes following appointments
  • Handle and reconcile customer payments, including cash, credit, and warranty transactions
  • Support daily administrative operations and assist with follow-up communication to enhance client satisfaction
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:
