HIRING: Full-time Apartment Maintenance Tech in Baton Rouge at Chestnut Ridge Apartments
PAY:
$19-23 an hour plus bonus potential of $3,000+ a year
SCHEDULE:
M-F daytime hours 8-5PM
Must be willing to take on call 
Full-time 40 hours a week, year-round work!
*Required valid driver's license and transportation

What We Need:
• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting)
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants including trash outs
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Exterior structural and grounds maintenance as needed 
• Pool maintenance
What You Need:
• 2 years' experience in maintenance
• HVAC experience and EPA preferred
• CPO Certification preferred
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
• Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
• Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
