Role Description

As a Homes.com Senior Sales Associate, you'll join the team driving the next chapter of growth for one of the most exciting brands in real estate technology. Serving as a strategic digital marketing partner to residential real estate professionals, you'll help clients maximize their online presence, generate leads, and achieve their business goals through Homes.com's innovative marketing solutions.Through consultative virtual sales presentations, proactive business development, and relationship management, you'll identify opportunities to grow revenue while helping customers succeed in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management – Develop strategic relationships with customers to drive advertising revenue through a subscription model and be an essential component of their strategic marketing plan
  • New Business Development – Conduct outbound phone calls to prospect for new opportunities through cold calling and other proactive outreach methods to develop a sales pipeline and close new business
  • Educate prospects and customers on the value of Homes.com through virtual demonstrations
  • Initiative/Action Oriented – Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
  • Teamwork – Partner with colleagues to drive Homes.com revenue
  • Customer Focus – Develop strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing valuable insights, and offering appropriate solutions

  • Ability to work either 8:30am-5:30pm OR 10:30am-7:30pm shifts
Basic Qualifications
  • Two or more years of customer-facing, sales-related experience, preferably within a B2B environment with a demonstrated track record of prospecting, owning a sales quota, developing new business, and closing sales
  • Demonstrated capabilities to own and grow revenue from an existing customer base, including retaining customers and revenue, preventing cancellations, driving renewals and rebills, and upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university
  • Proven verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and consistently delivering against established KPIs
  • Proven track record of commitment to prior employers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic team contributor with a great attitude and competitive spirit
  • Driven, results oriented and enjoy working in a team environment
  • Self-starter who can work within a team environment as well as independently, while being highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high-growth company
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Preference for selling digital marketing and advertising to the residential real estate industry , or hands-on real estate/property-adjacent experience (leasing, mortgage, property management, home services, or a brokerage internship)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Communications (BBA/BSBA, Marketing concentration, Finance concentration, or Communications major)
  • Documented success in managing and growing customer relationships through the entire customer life cycle, including contact and pipeline management
  • Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights to customers
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Employment Conditions
