Hotel Housekeeper — Bend, OR

Base Pay: $18 per hour per hour + $100/month attendance bonus — make your scheduled shifts on time and it's yours ($200/month in summer for eligible team members). About the role:

Hotel Peppertree Bend is hiring a Housekeeper to clean and prepare guest rooms at our 119-room property in southwest Bend. You'll work alongside a steady team, take pride in the result, and get paid well to do it. Previous housekeeping experience is a plus — not required. We train.

What you'll do:

  • Clean and reset guest rooms — strip linens, make beds, sanitize bathrooms, dust, vacuum, restock supplies
  • Detail public areas — hallways, lobby restrooms, windows, fixtures
  • Keep your cart stocked, organized, and ready
  • Inspect each room for working locks, lights, and remotes — flag anything broken
  • Communicate with the front desk to keep rooms guest-ready
  • Greet guests warmly when you cross paths

What we're looking for:

  • Dependable and on time
  • Comfortable being active — bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling carts up to 100 lbs
  • Available some weekends and holidays
