Southern Glazer's offers a competitive compensation package with expected first year total earnings between $50,000 - $75,000 / year. This salary range is an average range for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.
Overview
The Analyst, will provide day-to-day analytical, reporting, and presentation support to the Director of Commercial Operations and the Director of Finance. This role is hands-on with data-ranging from accurate data entry and report creation/distribution to building executive-ready PowerPoint materials-and will actively contribute to implementations and enhancements of enterprise tools, including the current Acumatica ERP, combined with future business intelligence projects.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver custom sales and business analyses to identify trends and support key initiatives, including new item launches, merchandising, business reviews, and competitive insights, using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Develop and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations by time period, geography, customer, chain, brand, and category for internal and supplier use.
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing programs to evaluate performance and market impact.
  • Prepare and customize business reviews and presentations for supplier meetings, market reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Compile and synthesize data from multiple sources to report on key business KPIs and performance against volume and revenue goals.
  • Support national account RFPs by building slides and new item presentations in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Provide ongoing analytical support to corporate and regional teams, including supplier reporting and performance management.
  • Support the development of analytical tools, decision documents, and frameworks to improve business insights and execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering accurate, high-quality outputs within required timelines.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Additional Primary Responsibilities
  • Reporting & Analytics: Compile, validate, and maintain datasets; deliver KPIs and dashboards using Excel (formulas, PivotTables, charts, graphs).
  • Systems & Projects: Assist with upgrades and rollouts (Acumatica, sales initiatives, future BI projects); support UAT, documentation, and process mapping.
  • Presentation & Communication: Create professional PowerPoint decks summarizing data and project updates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Maintain SOPs and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (Acumatica), BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau).

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (internships count).
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (formulas, pivots, graphs) and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
