The Opportunity
As an Account Representative I, you will serve as a key point of contact in resolving accounts for deceased individuals, working sensitively with estates, attorneys, and family representatives. This is an office-based role at our Minnesota location. You will be part of a supportive team that values empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls
โ€ข Obtain necessary estate information and follow up with attorneys or personal representatives regarding claim filing
โ€ข Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed
โ€ข Send confirmation and settlement letters as required
โ€ข Accurately document accounts and notate files with correct transaction codes
โ€ข Respond to all voicemail messages daily
โ€ข Adhere to company policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements
โ€ข Uphold company information security and privacy responsibilities

โ€ข Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
โ€ข Courteous, empathic, and professional telephone manner
โ€ข Strong verbal and written communication skills
