Join Associated Bank as a Full-Stack Developer Senior to design and deliver high-impact web and mobile applications that power client experiences. You'll solve complex problems, lead development efforts, and help shape modern engineering practices. Key Accountabilities

  • Provide application software development services typically in a defined project.
  • Develop program logic for new applications or analyze and modify login in existing applications.
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into efficient, maintainable code and system improvements.
  • Test, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance, accessibility, and quality standards.
  • Design and develop scalable, reliable web applications aligned with enterprise architecture and API strategy.
  • Lead development efforts on complex, high-impact projects from concept through deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate new technologies and solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative, agile engineering culture.
  • Explore and apply modern technologies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance solutions.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field (required)

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience developing or designing web, mobile, or desktop applications
  • Strong expertise in component-based architecture and user-centered design principles
  • Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and implements applications using a variety of languages and platforms such as C#, VB .NET, React/React Native, Java, C, C++, Python, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, Scala, Objective-C and Swift.
  • Mastery of basic web (HTML/CSS/CSS Preprocessors).
  • Expertise with advanced web (JavaScript - Node, React, Angular, build tools).

Preferred:

  • Experience leading large-scale or enterprise-level development projects
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks, open-source tools, and agile methodologies
  • Experience working with external vendors or integrating third-party solutions
  • Prior banking experience (direct or indirectly)
